FORMER FCT MINISTER, NASIR EL-RUFAI LOSES SON

-Three Years After First Daughter's Death

Former Minister of Federal Capital Territory, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai has lost his son, Hamza in a car crash.

Hamza died in a car crash that occurred few hours ago in Abuja. 

The father of the deceased broke the news on his Facebook page at 8:00 am Tuesday morning.

The post read thus: “From Allah we came and to Him we shall return. Please join our family in praying for the repose of the soul of my son Hamza El-Rufai who died this morning in a motor accident in Abuja.

Also, the brother of the deceased, Bello El- Rufai posted the news on his Twitter handle. 

The late Hamza was a graduate of the United World College of the Atlantis and the University of Virginia. Hamza's death is coming just three years after the tragic death of his elder sister, Yasmine.

The late Yasmine died in London in November 2011. Sadly too, just last April, the former FCT Minister lost one of his nieces, Zainab Sickle Cell Anaemia.
